The DOF Pathway Program Application
Thank you for your interest in applying to the DOF Pathway Program. This program is designed to support high school students who are interested in health sciences, healthcare, medicine, and making a positive impact in their communities.
Students will have the opportunity to receive mentoring, academic support, enrichment activities, career exploration, community engagement, and guidance in preparing for college and future careers in healthcare.
To be considered for selection, you must meet the following requirements:

Have an interest in health sciences, healthcare, medicine, or related fields.

Be interested in mentorship and guidance to help identify and achieve their academic and career goals.

Be in good academic and disciplinary standing at their current school.

Demonstrate a commitment to their education and personal development.

Be from or have experience with an underserved, disadvantaged, or historically underrepresented community or background.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and explore opportunities that can help prepare them for college and future careers in healthcare.
